The Challenge we face is huge

Now more than ever we need to look to build a better world for all life on earth. The air we breathe, the water we drink, and the habitats that provide a home to all animals, are under threat like never before. Something has to change before it’s to late.

 Doing Our Bit

We strongly believe that great beer shouldn't cost the earth. That's why for every case of beer you purchase we plant a tree and fund the collection of 100 ocean bound plastic bottles.

We have pledged to plant over 60,000 trees by 2022 and will fund the collection of over 100,000 plastic bottles and we hope you'll help us.

Trees act like the planet’s lungs. A mature tree can absorb an average of 48 lbs of carbon dioxide per year. Saving trees saves our planet and all our lives. That’s why we plant a tree with every sale we make. We work in partnership with One Tree Planted and Ecologi who plant trees for us in Borneo, Mozambique and here in the UK.

Every brew we make we strive to make carbon negative - we plant trees to offset our impact, all our spent grain is used by local farmers and we partner with breweries that share our commitment to creating a better world. Its not a perfect solution and we know that.

As a member of Surfers Against Sewage we support their campaigns for better water quality, cleaner oceans and are actively involved in their ongoing plastic clean ups.

Working in partnership with the Orangutan Foundation we are supporting their work in Lamandau Wildlife Reserve in Borneo and actively protect 158,144 acres of tropical peat forest. 600 critically endangered orangutans - a number which continues to increase as more are rescued and released. Thousands of threatened species including gibbons, pangolins, clouded leopards, sun bears and proboscis monkeys.

We've partnered with the wonderful folk at Plastic Bank  for every sale their teams around the world collect ocean bound plastic - to date they've collected over 1 billion bottles entering our seas.

We are not perfect but we intend to give it a very good try - each and every time we brew a beer, roast some coffee and transport what we have produced we will try to offset the carbon - it's not the long term solution but by doing our bit we hope to bring about wider change to the way everything is made.

We Tax Ourselves

We’re part of 1% for the Planet which means we give at least 1% of all our income to provide support to environmental non-profits working to create a better world.

Thanks for your support - love Nick, Russ, Mike and Dan. Here’s to sharing a beer and creating a better world together.
