Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

If on delivery our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID.

Our drivers are instructed to enforce a challenge 25 policy in this case. If the recipient of the delivery looks under 25 the delivery company they have been requested to to ask for valid proof of age. Proof of age must be a driving licence, passport or other reputable form of ID.

We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

National Delivery

We send all our beers via Royal Mail - all orders received before 12 (midday) will be shipped on the same day - all orders received after 12 will be shipped the next day. Please note the current ongoing national postal strikes are impacting on deliveries - we're doing our best to find alternative(s) which isn't easy.

Delivery costs are calculated at check out.

Questions regarding delivery, late deliveries, re-deliveries and addresses should be directed to the courier company directly in the first instance. They are normally best placed to help especially if you have had a missed delivery card and need to find or change your delivery.

Re delivery is expensive, we will try 3 attempts.  Please try to place an order for an address or time when someone will be available to sign for it.

Although we're pretty confident you'll love your beers, sometimes things aren't up quite right. drop us an email at nick@betterworldbrewing.co.uk  with RETURN as the subject line, and we'll do what we can to make it better.

Missing Items

In the instance that, for any reason, Better World Brewing isn’t able to fulfil the whole of your order we will aim to contact you the day the order is placed to arrange a resolution. A resolution can be either a swap for a similar product or removal of the product from the order.

Promotions

All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. We reserve the right to retract, remove, cancel or amend offers at any time. Promotions, unless specifically stated, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel does not meet our conditions.

VAT

We are VAT registered. All prices quoted include VAT at 20% as do our online invoices. For full detailed invoices with VAT breakdowns please email us and we can supply.
